Today is a big day at our kids' school...the annual Penny Party. Parents run a carnival for the kids and part of the fun includes an old fashioned cake walk. All of the children go crazy for this event and try so hard to win a cake. This year the girls and I made 11 cakes! My job is to bake all day, then the kids take over and get creative. It's ALOT of work, but definitely a 'memory maker'.

Hello. I am beginning this blog today, just 3 days before my oldest daughter Jenni and I travel to China.
